Our auditor is appointed by motion at the Annual Meeting of Members. Currently the firm of McClurkin, Ahier and Company, in Waterloo, Ontario, provides a full audit report to the Board and Annual Meeting of Members.
Membership
Membership is welcomed. It requires a $500 financial donation and agreement with the purpose and objectives of the Foundation. Members are approved by the Board of Governors. |
